What is a SuperSmoker?
The SuperSmoker is an electronic cigarette; it looks like a cigarette and smokes like a cigarette but nothing burns.

What is the smoke that is produced?
It is not a smoke but instead it is a water vapour, virtually odourless and it vanishes very quickly.

Is the SuperSmoker harmful?
It does not produce tar, has no cancer causing substances but can contain nicotine.  It poses NO RISK of passive smoking to those around you.  It is less harmful than a traditional cigarette.

How do you turn it on?
There is no on/off switch, as soon as you puff on a charged up SuperSmoker it immediately activates.

How long does it last?
The battery will provide approximately 2 hours of puffing time and each cartridge lasts for the equivalent number of puffs as approximately 15 traditional cigarettes.

Where can I use it?
Legally the SuperSmoker can be used indoors in enclosed Public Areas (places where traditional smoking is no longer allowed).  This is because nothing is burning and the Smoking Laws are quite specific about this.  We would suggest you ask individual establishments prior to use if they have any objections as they may think the SuperSmoker is a real cigarette and act accordingly.

How do I know when the SuperSmoker needs re-charging?
The end will rapidly blink red when the battery needs a recharge.

Where is the SuperSmoker manufactured?
The battery and vaporisation chamber are made in China, the microchips are made in the US and the most important element, the liquid, is made in the EU, in Germany.

Are there other similar devices around?
Yes, but we would suggest you ask where the liquid is made and the SuperSmoker is the only such device with a realistic cigarette filter tip.

What is a cartridge?
It is a re-fill. Available in various strengths: Zero, Light, Normal and Menthol with different amounts of nicotine.

Is there a warranty with the purchase?

Do I need a lighter?
No, SuperSmoker does not burn.

Does the condensation of the Super Smoker smell?
The smell that is released is only the aroma of the tobacco.
