The SuperSmoker has been extensively tested, the cartridges have been toxicologically approved and produced in a laboratory which is EEG certified.

How long will a cartridge last?
1 cartridge for the SuperSmoker Ultimo equals 15 – 20 cigarettes.

Do I need a lighter?
No, the SuperSmoker does not burn.

How do I switch SuperSmoker on?
The SuperSmoker works when you inhale, you therefore do not have to switch the SuperSmoker on or off.

When do I need to use a new cartridge?
When the (water) evaporation and the smoke decreases, we recommend that you replace the cartridge and if necessary charge the battery.

How long will the battery last?
The battery will last for approx. one day with normal use.

Is there a guarantee with the purchase?
You will have 3 months guarantee on the battery and 6 months on the charger. In the event of problems with the SuperSmoker, please contact your dealer.

Can I get nicotine poisoning if I continue to smoke?
The SuperSmoker is equipped with an electronic security system which stops automatically after 15 inhalations, you will then not be able to use the SuperSmoker for 30 seconds.

Does the condensation of the Super Smoker smell?
The smell that is released is only the aroma of the tobacco.

What about the smoke that is released?
It is not smoke, it is condensation, water vapour.

What about the taste?
The taste of the SuperSmoker is unique and resembles the taste of tobacco.

What is a cartridge?
It is a re-fill. Available in various strengths: zero, light, medium and normal amounts of nicotine.

Can I use the SuperSmoker anywhere?
The “SuperSmoker” can be used in public areas, restaurants and offices where smoking is prohibited as the SuperSmoker does not release harmful smoke but rather condensation, which eliminates harmful passive smoking.

What must I do when the SuperSmoker blinks?
The battery is empty and must be charged.

Can I charge the SuperSmoker in the car?
You can get a special “car charger” with the SuperSmoker, so that you can charge your SuperSmoker in your car.

Can I use any other type of battery?
No, a specially programmed lithium battery has been designed for the SuperSmoker. The SuperSmoker only operates with the original battery.
