Despite our care for high quality, the products are still for consumption and have a limited lifetime. They are submitted to a normal consumption wear.

If your product doesn't function as it has to within the terms of 12 months, your product will be replaced for free.

Our warranty is not valid for the following reasons:

• Tampering with the SuperSmoker electronics to repair or modify.

• Damage due to heavy handling, knocks and scratches.

• Damage from fires, earthquakes, floods, lightning or other natural disasters, pollution and problems with power/electricity.

• Damage as a result of careless, incorrect maintenance or incorrect storage. Exposure to high temperatures, damp or with harmful substances.

• Damage from sand, mud etc. blocking the mechanism.
